A: I am HR Manager of HP Company. Could you give me some information about yourself


B: my name is hương. My full name is Giang Thi Huong. I’m 22. I earned a Bachelor of
Business Administration. I’m a motivated person, optimistic, friendly. I have very good
organizing time management skill. I arrange a lot of work suitably and finish them on time. I
am also good at resolving problem situation. Besides, teamwork skil is one of my biggest
strengths. I enjoy working with my colleagues and can do it well. I feel presentaion is my
weakness. But I am currently taking a pubic speaking course at a community college to
becomme more confident and learn to structure a speech more effectively. Sometimes. I was
so stressed that I can’t do anything. That I was exhausted. This taught me to take a rest and
unwind suitably.
A: which position dis you apply for?
B: I applied for sales person which is in line with my qualifications include my major in
university 4 years and some other qualification like MS Office, IELTS…. I am excellent
spoken and written abilities in English and Chinese and have knowledge of computers.
Although I have some weakness, I am trying to improve myself and especially when I am
received this job. I can use canva, AI to design simple things like ppt. maybe I am endowed
with art. In my spare time, I often drraw picture or learn more AI, reading books
A: have you ever done a job as a sales person before?
B: I had 3 years of experience in similar position. I know how to persuade customer,
teamwork, present my opinion and make a speech. I know that this position I play a
consultative role and even built a periodical business strategy which supports company to
maximum turnover.
A: that’s right. And how do you think about our company?
B: I know our company – Vingroup Real Estate, a leading real estate and construction
company in Vietnam seeks aplications from qualified candidates. It was established in 1993,
headquaters in Long Bien – HN, specializes in real estate. Vinhomes luxury, high-end and
mid-range integrated residential and commercial projects
