Student A: Hello, please have a seat. I am Thao, the HR Manager at HP.

Today, we will be
conducting an interview for the Finance Department Officer position. Could you please tell
me a little about yourself?

Student B: Hello, my name is Mai Anh. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to
interview today. I graduated with a major in Accounting from Hanoi University of Industry
and have 2 years of experience working in the finance field. I am always looking for
opportunities to develop myself and contribute to the company's growth.

Student A: Thank you. Could you share more details about your previous work experience?

Student B: Yes, previously I worked at Dong A Accounting Company Limited as a Junior


Auditor. There, I was responsible for budget management, financial reporting, financial data
analysis,... I had the opportunity to practice and develop skills such as proficiently use
accounting software, analyze and forecast financial situations, work effectively in a team, etc.
I always strive to complete assigned tasks to the best of my ability and am always ready to
learn new knowledge.

Student A: What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Student B: In terms of strengths, I am a highly responsible person at work, always punctual,


and have good teamwork skills. I am also capable of self-learning and quickly adapting to
new environments. As for weaknesses, I am sometimes quite shy in presenting my opinions
in front of a crowd, but I am trying to improve this skill by participating in presentations and
group activities.

Student A: Why do you want to work at HP?

Student B: I have always admired HP because it is a large, reputable company that always
focuses on employee development. I am also very impressed with the professional and
dynamic working environment here. I believe that with my knowledge and experience, I can
contribute to the company's growth, and at the same time, I can learn and develop myself
further in this environment.

Student A: Do you have any questions for us?

Student B: Yes, I have a few questions. I would like to ask about training and career
development opportunities at the company, as well as the criteria for evaluating employee
performance.

Student A: Our company always creates conditions for employees to participate in training
courses to improve their professional qualifications. Regarding evaluation criteria, we rely on
many factors such as work efficiency, sense of responsibility, teamwork ability, and
contribution to the company's development.

Student B: Thank you for your answers.

Student A: Thank you for participating in today's interview. We will contact you as soon as
