What is it?
TASK 1. REARRANGE
Arrange the following parts of formal letter by putting a number in the blank. Write your answers on
your answer sheet.

Read the sample letter below then answer the questions that follow. Your answer to each question
will be composed of one (1) to two (2) sentences only.

TASK 5. IT’S WRITING TIME!


Write your college admission letter addressed to the Dean of the College or University you want to
enroll in. Encode/Type your letter on a one whole sheet of short bond paper. Use a professional font
style (Arial, Times New Roman, Comic Sans, Tahoma, etc.) with 12 0r 13 font size. Print it out and
submit to your teacher. Be guided with the sample given above and the rubric given below.
