Narrative Report On TIP

District Training on School Based TIP Implementation

NARRATIVE REPORT

Registration started at exactly 7:30 AM with Master Teachers in Elementary and


Secondary and all School Heads. The Opening program begun with the singing of the
National Anthem and a prayer thru video presentation followed by a thought for the Day.
The very active School Principal of Tagbina Central Elementary School Mrs. Beatriz
V. Campion gave the training orientation by starting with the house rules specially on the
attendance during the Training. She emphasized that anybody caught not around during
the duration of the training will be marked absent.
She discussed the training proceeding based on DepEd Order no.
She proceeded with the TIP presentation. She discussed History of the TIP /Teacher
Induction Program and the TIP Framework and each course book. Sir Elmer Potenciando
discussed the Systematic structure of support for beginning teachers.
In the afternoon session, Ma’am Methuselah R. Cumahig discussed the TIP
Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism.
It is indeed a productive afternoon because we learned new things for the
beginning teachers. This session was adjourned at exactly 4:00 pm.
