AFFIDAVIT OF WITHDRAWAL OF TITLE

I, GERONIMA D. DILLO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal
address at Kaytitinga I, Alfonso, Cavite, under oath state that:

1. That I applied for the withdrawal of title with Patent Application No. 20530 of a parcel of land
situated at Brgy. Kaytitinga, Municipality of Alfonso, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon,
covered by TAX DECLARATION NO. 01-0014-00703, with a total lot area of EIGHTEEN
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-ONE (18,291 sqm) SQUARE METERS;

2. That in behalf of the heirs of the aforementioned parcel of land, I am now intending to register a
portion of the lot waived unto my name through an EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATE OF THE PETRA E. MOJICA AND VALENTIN DEL MUNDO WITH WAIVER OF
RIGHTS instead of the whole lot;

3. That in view of the foregoing facts, I am now requesting for the withdrawal of the application of a
prior registration for the abovesaid parcel of land;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to use the same
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
