I, RUBEN L. GUYO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of


Macate, Diffun, Quirino, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby
deposes and states the following:

1. I am lawful and registered owner of parcel of land situated in the barrio of


Macate, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino embraced and covered by
P-20569 Containing an area of TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
