Assumptions

1) The main objective to build this system will be to cater jobseeker to post their CVs to the admin
and admin can evaluate their CVs from the backend. After evaluation according to the match of
expertise admin can place the candidate in a company. The placed candidate can have their own
login facility through which they can view their all details like attandance and leave, wages etc.
The admin will able to generate the monthly wages for the candidates online and send
dynamically to them.
2) Company can create their own template through the site
3) Jobseeker can upload CV to the site and company can view them through Admin
4) Their will be search/advance search for both jobseeker and company
5) There will be a section where company can create custom fields to add additional data incase
required to from the candidate by the company.
6) Mass mailing and Campaign option will be available
7) The system will automatically calculate the revenue analyze from the company with the
website.
8) There will be Sugar CRM implemented at the backend of the system to manage various user
types like
- Jobseeker
- Company Admin
- Company user
- Website Admin
- Website Admin User
9) Social network integration like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
10) RSS job feed from other sites
11) Ms Calendar Integration
12) TXT Kernel Integration
13) Develop a timesheet module
14) Auto mailing system for managers (external and internal)
15) Applying Data security and Log file for various user level
16) The site will follow the ORM framework preferably Nhibernate
17) For dependency and inversion control website will be using castle windsor.
Queries

1) Is there any commission or revenue sharing calculation invloved w.r.t site super admin and
company?
2) Should the site maintain internal billing system against the company?
