The two-year distance learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic brought about significant
learning loss among our learners. To address this learning loss and in compliance with
DepEd Order No. 14 s. 2023 re.: Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the National
Learning Camp (NLC ) , Baliwagan Central School of Balingasag South District will launch
the program , orient the key stakeholders and sign the Memorandum of Understanding on
July 28, 2023 , in Baliwagan Central School at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.

Because of the important role you play as Barangay Chairman of Baliwagan Central School ,
we cordially invite you together the barangay kagawad to join the signing of Memorandum
of Understanding . Your presence and continued support will greatly contribute to the
success of the implementation of the National Learning Camp.
