ICT TECHNICAL TEAM

Article I. Name
The name of this Organization/Club shall be the ICT TECHNICAL TEAM.

Article II. Purpose


The ICT Technical Team serving the Hanawan National High School, Hanawan Ocampo Camarines Sur, by fostering
relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. The organization accomplishes its mission by;

a. to help the students develop an appreciation for the role of ICT in today’s society;
b. to raise awareness and promote the use of technology as teaching and learning;
c. to help the students increase fluid intelligence develop as innovative being who will see problems, create
solutions and adapt to change.
d. to maintain the computer facilities of school computer laboratory and offices.

Article III. Membership


A. Members:
1. The members of this organization shall be currently enrolled students at the Hanawan National High
School.
2. They become members by (invitation/try-outs/self selection/active participation/application).
B. Privileges and Responsibilities of Membership:
1. Voting:  Each member is entitled to one vote.
2. Privileges:  Each member shall be entitled to all services of the organization.
3. Participation:  Each member shall be entitled to participate in all organizational events.
4. Responsibilities:  Each member are responisible in assisting anything that concerns technology-based
matters especially for school's events.
a. Every member have a one-year contract as an official part of the team.
b. Inability of a member to take their responsibilities repeatedly without valid reasons will
face the consequences of being officially not part of the team.
c. Any member who decided to leave the team should had rendered service for at least four
months as part of the team.
The ICT Technician are the choosen students that are tasked to maintain the functionality and
effectiveness of the computers of the school.
a. Free for Computer Laboratory Fee
b. Every technician have a one-year contract as part of the team.
c. Inability of the technician to take responsibilities repeatedly without valid reasons will
face the consequences.
d. If you are a technician, you cannot just leave the team unless you finish the one-year
contract.
Article IV.  Membership Meetings
A. Regular meeting of the organization shall be on the first Friday of each month during the school year at 3 p.m., or
at a time and place determined by the executive board at least one month before the meeting. The annual meeting
will be held at the March regular meeting. The annual meeting is for receiving reports, electing officers, and
conducting other business that should arise.The secretary will notify the membersof the meetings in a flyer sent
home with the students at least one week prior to the meeting.
B. Special meetings may be called by the president,any two members of the executive board,or five general members
submitting a written request to the Principal and adviser. Previous notice of the special meeting shall be sent to
the members at least 10 days prior to the meeting, by flyer, phone calls and group chat.
C. The Adviser/ President /Event Team Leader of the organization may call other meetings.
D. Quorum:  At all meetings of the organization, a quorum shall consist of the members. (quorum = one half + 1)
Article V.  Officers
A. Titles: ICT Technical Team shall have the following officers elected from the current membership:

ICT Laboratory Technicians
Junior High School Adviser
Senior High School Adviser
1. The President shall have been elected/appointed to the organization and preside over meetings of
the organization. It serve as the primary contact for the adviser, represent the organization at meetings outside the
organization, serve as an ex officio member of all committees except the nominating committee , and coordinate
the work of all the officers and committees so that the purpose of the organization is served
2. The other officers must be current members of the organization.
B. Duties of Officers:
1. President shall preside at all meetings and be responsible for appointing all standing, special,
and ad-hoc committees and shall perform such other duties as usually required of this office.
The President of the organization shall be an ex-officio member of all committees.
2. Vice-President shall act in the absence of the President in all capacities as listed above and shall
assist in conducting the business of the organization.
3. Secretary shall shall keep all records of the organization,take and record minutes,prepare the
agenda,handle correspondence, and send notices of meetings to the membership. The secretary
also keeps a copy of the minutes book, bylaws, rules, membership list,and any other necessary
supplies,and brings them to meetings.
4. Treasurer shall shall receive all funds of the organization, keep an accurate record of receipts
and expenditures, and pay out funds in accordance with the approval of the executive board.He
or she will present a financial statement at every meeting and at other times of the year when
requested by the executive board, and make a full report at the end of the year.
5. Researchers investigate in complex ethical concerns and collaborate with others where
appropriate. Exploit knowledge for the benefit of the team. Create a plan of action together
with the President, Vice-president, set project goals, and manage to completion of the
papers.

8. Junior High School Adviser and Senior High School Adviser
C. Terms of Office:
1. Officers shall be elected by the members at one of the regular meetings. Elections shall be by a
majority of the votes cast shall elect.
2. Each officer shall take Senior High School Laboratory every Friday except with valid reasons,
and serve a one-year term and may be re-elected consecutively to the same office for an
additional one-year term.
D. Vacancies and Removal:
1. A vacancy in the office of the President shall be filled by the Vice-President unless he/she is
unable to serve, at which time the vacancy shall be filled by election of the members by a majority
of votes cast. A vacancy in the office of the Vice-President shall be left vacant with the President
delegating the duties of that position.
2. Any officer, including the President, may be removed from office or suspended from office by a
vote of two-thirds of the members at a regular meeting. Removal or suspension may be with or
without cause.  The person under consideration shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the
meeting with sufficient notice of the proposed removal or suspension, the person under
consideration shall not be counted in determining the presence of a quorum not whether the
required two-thirds vote has been obtained. Upon a vote of removal or suspension of the
President, the Vice-President shall preside at the meeting.
Article VI.  Committees
A. The President, subject to the approval of the organization, shall
appoint such standing, special, or ad hoc committees as may be required by the bylaws, as he or she finds
necessary. Committee Chairpersons shall be appointed by and responsible to the President.
B. A vacancy in a Committee Chairperson position shall be filled
by appointment of the President of the organization with input from the outgoing Committee Chairperson.
Article VII. Parliamentary Authority
The rules contained in Hanawan National High School Rules of Order, Revised, shall govern the
organization in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with the bylaws or the
special rules of order of the organization.
Article VIII.  School Policies
This organization shall abide by all applicable policies instituted by the Hanawan National High School.

Article IX.  Amendments


These bylaws may be amended by a vote of two-thirds of the members of the organization present at any
regular meeting or at a special meeting called for that purpose. The membership shall be notified of adopted
bylaw amendments by the most feasible means.
