Dear Gunjan Maheshwari,

We are pleased to offer you the position of “Support Engineer”. Your appointment with us will be effective from your
joining date, i.e. “03-Mar-2023”. Please go through all the details enclosed below with regard to your compensation and
benefits and also on the other terms and conditions of this offer:

On or before your joining date, please submit 2 self-photographs (passport sized) and the originals and one set of
photocopies of the following documents:

 Education certificate and all year mark sheets for the highest degree attained. Photocopies should include both
front and back sides of certificate.
 Relieving letter or resignation acceptance letter from your most recent employer.
 Proof of identity. Bring 2 sets of photocopies of any one of the following documents: passport, driving license,
voter’s Identification card or PAN card.
 Copy of Passport - if you do not have a passport then kindly apply for a passport immediately and submit the copy
of the acknowledgement.
 If you have ever changed your name at any point of time, and for any reason whatsoever, please bring supporting
documents for the same.

Other terms and conditions:

Your appointment is contingent upon satisfactory reference & background checks including verification of your
application materials, education and employment history.

Your reporting authority during client assignments will be are preventative from the client side and the same will be
communicated to you before every new assignment. He/ She will be your single point of contact for any project related
issues. For all other queries, feel free to contact Asma Nikhath. Your client site/on-site reporting authority on your
joining will inform your responsibilities.

During client assignments, you are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the client. That includes policies
relating to holidays, working hours, code of conduct, etc. Your on-site reporting authority will be the decision maker on
all these.

You will not undertake any work/service, which will not be conducive or run contrary to this assignment.

It is specifically understood and explicitly binding upon you that you shall not at any time disclose, divulge or
communicate to any person or persons any information whatsoever or secrets of confidential nature relating to the
activity trade or business of all or any of the products/services of the organization relating to your area of activity or
otherwise the disclosure of which is likely to be prejudicial to the interest of the organization.
You will be on probation until your successful completion of the probationary period. The probation period is six months
but may be extended or confirmed earlier based on your performance and at your manager’s discretion. At any time
during your probationary period, either you or the company may terminate your service by giving 30 days notice

Upon completion of probation period, you or the company may terminate your service at any time by giving 45 days’
notice or basic salary in lieu thereof. However due to business exigencies the company may at its sole discretion reject
the salary in lieu of notice and ask you to serve the entire or part of the notice period. You shall not be deemed to have
been relieved of your services except upon issue of a letter by the Company to that effect.

Upon your resignation from the company or termination of your services, you are required to return all assets and
property of the company or our clients such as documents, machines, data, files etc.

If it is found at any time that any information furnished by you in your application or during interview regarding your
personal particulars or any other matter relating to you is incorrect or not true, the company may terminate your services
without notice or compensation.

Compensation and other benefits:

You will be enrolled in the Group Accident Plan by default.
Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy:
You are covered up to Rs.2 Lacs per year and by default, you will be enrolled in the Group Mediclaim Policy.

Onsite Assignments: During onsite (Overseas) assignments, you will be paid an onsite allowance either by the client or by
Teamware. This will be paid to you in an appropriate currency depending on the country you are deputed at.

In acceptance of the above terms and conditions, please sign the duplicate copy of this letter and mail it to us or send us
an email acknowledgement. On completion of your joining formalities with us, we will issue your Appointment Order.
