Accomplishment Report:
The 1st Collaborative Planning & Preparation Day of the Co Tek Chun National Trade School's National
Learning Camp was held on July 24, 2023. The event aimed to bring together teachers from various
subjects and grade levels to collaboratively plan and prepare lesson materials and approaches for the
upcoming learning camp. The goal was to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for all
camp students.

Agenda:
Personal Reading of Learning Resources (45 mins):
The day commenced with each teacher spending 45 minutes reading and understanding the learning
resources provided for the camp. This step allowed them to familiarize themselves with the
expectations and available materials.

Collaborative Discussion & Sharing (45 mins):


After the personal reading session, teachers engaged in collaborative discussions. They shared their
insights, concerns, and ideas about the lesson plans, approaches, content, and teacher notes.
Additionally, they reviewed and discussed the students' worksheets to ensure they aligned with the
lesson objectives.

Personal Reading & Initial Planning (45 mins):
Following the collaborative discussions, teachers took another 45 minutes for individual reflection.
They thought about the specific goals they wanted to achieve with their lessons and how they would
execute those plans.

Collaborative Discussion & Sharing (45 mins):


Once the personal planning was complete, the teachers reassembled for another round of
collaborative discussions. This time, they shared their goals for their respective lessons and discussed
the strategies they planned to use to achieve those goals effectively.

Personal Lesson Preparation (45 mins):


Armed with the knowledge from previous discussions, each teacher spent 45 minutes finalizing their
lesson approach and materials. They made any necessary adjustments to ensure the content was
engaging, informative, and aligned with the overall learning camp objectives.

Collaborative Discussion & Sharing (60 mins):


With their lesson plans now in place, the teachers had a more extended collaborative session lasting
60 minutes. They shared their final approaches with their peers, sought feedback, and offered

Insights & Closure (10 mins):

Conclusion:
The 1st Collaborative Planning & Preparation Day was a great success, fostering teamwork and
