Accomplishment Report:
The 1st Collaborative Planning & Preparation Day of the Co Tek Chun National Trade School's National
Learning Camp was held on July 24, 2023. The event aimed to bring together teachers from various
subjects and grade levels to collaboratively plan and prepare lesson materials and approaches for the
upcoming learning camp. The goal was to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for all
camp students.

Agenda:
Personal Reading of Learning Resources (45 mins):
The day commenced with each teacher spending 45 minutes reading and understanding the learning
resources provided for the camp. This step allowed them to familiarize themselves with the
expectations and available materials.

Collaborative Discussion & Sharing (45 mins):

After the personal reading session, teachers engaged in collaborative discussions. They shared their
insights, concerns, and ideas about the lesson plans, approaches, content, and teacher notes.
Additionally, they reviewed and discussed the students' worksheets to ensure they aligned with the
lesson objectives.

Personal Reading & Initial Planning (45 mins):
Following the collaborative discussions, teachers took another 45 minutes for individual reflection.
They thought about the specific goals they wanted to achieve with their lessons and how they would
execute those plans.

Collaborative Discussion & Sharing (45 mins):

Once the personal planning was complete, the teachers reassembled for another round of
collaborative discussions. This time, they shared their goals for their respective lessons and discussed
the strategies they planned to use to achieve those goals effectively.

Personal Lesson Preparation (45 mins):

Armed with the knowledge from previous discussions, each teacher spent 45 minutes finalizing their
lesson approach and materials. They made any necessary adjustments to ensure the content was
engaging, informative, and aligned with the overall learning camp objectives.

Collaborative Discussion & Sharing (60 mins):

With their lesson plans now in place, the teachers had a more extended collaborative session lasting
60 minutes. They shared their final approaches with their peers, sought feedback, and offered
suggestions to enhance each other's lessons.

Insights & Closure (10 mins):

The day's activities ended with a brief 10-minute wrap-up discussion. Teachers shared their insights
from the planning process and expressed their excitement for the upcoming National Learning Camp.

Conclusion:
The 1st Collaborative Planning & Preparation Day was a great success, fostering teamwork and
collaboration among the Co Tek Chun National Trade School teachers. The event allowed teachers to
exchange valuable ideas and ensure a well-structured learning experience for the National Learning
Camp students. With the groundwork laid during this planning day, the teachers were enthusiastic
about the upcoming camp and looked forward to creating an impactful and enriching educational

The 1st Collaborative Review of Instruction Day for Co Tek Chun National Trade School's
National Learning Camp was held on July 28, 2023. The event aimed to bring together teachers
from different grades and subjects to reflect on and discuss their lessons, student performance,
and critical observations.
Procedures:
Personal organization of ideas & feedback about lessons:
The day began with each teacher individually reflecting on their lessons' content and how it
was presented. They took 45 minutes to gather their thoughts and provide feedback on the
effectiveness of their teaching methods.

Collaborative discussion and sharing about lessons:

After personal reflection, teachers came together for a 45-minute group discussion. They
shared their observations, insights, and feedback about the content, components, and
learnings within their respective grades and subjects. This collaborative exchange allowed them

For an additional 45 minutes, teachers within the same grade and subject area engaged in a
more focused discussion. They exchanged ideas about how their students reacted to the
lessons and how the content was presented, leading to more targeted improvements in
teaching practices.

Collaborative discussion & sharing with teachers:

In a 60-minute session, teachers from different grades and subjects came together to discuss
key global observations and celebrate the week's work. This broader perspective allowed them
to identify common challenges and share successful teaching strategies across various
disciplines.

Insights & Closure:

The day concluded with a 10-minute wrap-up discussion where teachers shared their final
insights and takeaways from the Collaborative Review of Instruction Day. This closure helped
solidify the gains made during the event and set the stage for future improvements in teaching
and learning.
Conclusion:
Overall, the 1st Collaborative Review of Instruction Day was a resounding success. Teachers
