Course Description
This course is an orientation of the logistics and supply chain management operations, which denotes the integration of key business processes from the original
suppliers through the end users. The course approaches managerial perspective and introduces concepts in format useful for management decision making. It is
also about the management of material, information, and finance flows in multi-stage production-distribution networks.

PART 2 - CASE ANALYSIS

Instructions:

1. Case Materials shall be provided later


2. Case analysis is a group effort. It is encouraged the active participation of each member of the group in the preparation of the analysis and presentation.
3. Group’s case analysis must be submitted via email to the Professor a day before presentation schedule not later than 5:00 PM.
4. Other group members of the class not assigned to report the particular case for the day shall prepare a two-page individual analysis. To be submitted via email on the day of presentation
