PROPOSED PROGRAM
Procedure:
1. A project proposal is to be submitted to the office of the FEU Roosevelt Alumni Association.
2. An invitation to all women’s volleyball players encouraging them to join the event.
3. Letter of request to use the FEU Gymnasium for the event.
4. After the approval of the said program, another meeting will be held with all the captain balls
and coaches. Program rules will be discussed during the meeting as one of the agendas.
5. The league will commence in the last week of May and end in the 1st week of August (tentative).
6. Motorcades will be conducted, signifying the start of all sports events.
7. All players must fill up google and waiver forms.
8. The league will follow the bracketing system.
9. All participants will be given a certificate of participation and a simple token of appreciation.
10. The final rules of the game will be given and discussed during meetings of coaches and captain
ball.
11. Medals and certificates will be given to 2nd and 1st place
12. The overall champion will receive medals, certificates, and a cash prize.
13. All officers and coordinators of batch 98 will facilitate the event.
14. A referee outside FEURRAA will be hired to officiate the game
15. Umpire, linemen, and table officials will be from the host batch.
16. Mythical six, the best player of the game, and MVP will be given.
17. The game schedule will be given one week ahead of the game.
18. The game will be aired via FB/YouTube Live.
19. A solicitation letter will be given to all incumbent politicians and business owners.
20. All proceeds will be accounted for, audited, and reported accordingly.
