Instructions:

1. Please first visit the website www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr


2. You will get on the following homepage (see the screenshot below).
3. As you don’t have any account, you have to click on “Inscription” on the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Then, you have to fill out the application form with your personal details.

= LAST NAME

= FIRST NAME

= MIDDLE NAME

= BIRTH DATE

= E-MAIL ADDRESS

= SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS (for verification)


5. If you have never been registered in higher education in France, select « Je n’ai pas d’INE » which
means « I don’t have an INE number ». Then click on « Envoyer » at the bottom right corner.

6. You will receive a verification code by e-mail. Please write it down below.

= SELECT YOUR COUNTRY ON THE DROP-DOWN LIST


7. Please continue to fill the following information about you.

8. You will immediately receive an e-mail and you will have to click on the link in blue “ce lien” to
create your password.

9. You can now connect to your account on messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr.

YOUR INE NUMBER BELOW 

10. Please save your INE number to use it on your housing application form.
