We act for and on behalf of Smt. Rachna Jain, W/o Sh. Mohit Jain
Rio House No. C-4/89, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-110053 (hereinafter
referred to as "Our Client") and are hereby instructed to serve the
present notice upon you, the above mentioned Addressee, in lieu of
your various willful default of the mutually agreed terms and
violation under the law.
1. Initially the Property was let out to you, the Addressee, in the year
202 l on your numerous positive representations and assurances on
the following mutually agreed terms and conditions:
a. The property was let out to you, the Addressee, in the month of
Fcbrua,y 2021 and it was agreed that after the completion of
tenancy period you, the Addressee, shall handover the peaceful
and vacant possession of the said Property to our Client;
d. The electricity bills and the water charges were payable by y~u,
the Addressee, as per the requisite bills of the concerned service
providers; and
e. The Property shall be used for legal and ethical purposes only.
