SEO: Points of Mutual Interest
1) On-page & Technical SEO recommendation will be provided by SAVIT & client’s developers needs to implement the
same.
2) Under Website AMC Solution hours client can take the help of Design and Development.
3) Ranking achieved will depend on key-phrases selected, its competitiveness, algorithm changes, target market
selected and persistency in optimization.
4) Savit Interactive will take the credits of Search Engine Optimization on optimized website.
5) Wherever clients feedback is needed, we shall expect that within 2-3 days. Delay in approval/feedback may impact
the performance & Savit should not be held responsible for the same.
6) This Quote is valid only for 30 days from the date of proposal.
7) Minimum SEO contract/service level agreement will be of 12 months. Project to kick-start only after client has signed
the SLA. We expect a minimum 30-days notice period before discontinuation. Project is considered to be continued
month-on-month unless we received a written notice from the client with a valid explanation. Billing will continue for
this period.

Website Edit Plans: Points of Mutual Interest:


1. Client will have to use the hours within 12 months.
2. After every job, we will update the online sheet on Google Drive for the balance number of hours remaining.
3. Un-used work-hours will not be carried forward to the next year.
4. We will need complete access to FTP details, CMS Details and Server Stats of the website.
5. Any activity apart from one's mentioned above will be charged extra.
6. Website Edit proposal only covers editing related changes. It does not cover any content writing changes. For
emailers content and Images needs to be provided by client.
7. A 10% price hike is expected annually & Delayed payments are subject to attract interest @ 3% per month OR Rs.

PPC: Points of Mutual Interest
1) All Creatives, Landing Pages etc. needs to be provided by client unless decided the other way.
2) Client will need to provide access to Google Ads Account, if not, then Savit will manage the campaign from its corporate
account.
3) Bi-Weekly reports will be shared by the Project Manager with the client.
4) Project is expected to go LIVE within 3 days (per platform), after the required changes have been amended on the
website/landing page.
5) This Quote is valid only for 30 days from the date of proposal.
6) Minimum contract/service level agreement will be of 3 months.
