STEPS TO PERFORM ZOOM SLIDES:

MORPH TRANSITION
The Morph transition allows you to animate smooth
movement from one slide to the next. You can apply
the Morph transition to slides to create the appearance
of movement in a wide range of things—text, shapes,
pictures, SmartArt graphics, and WordArt.

1)It can be used virtually anywhere.
2)It is a collaborative solution.
3)You can choose to create your own design or use
existing ones.
4)Multiple uses.
5)Export in different formats.
6)It facilitates an effective way of communication
with the audience
STEPS TO PERFORM MORPH TRANSITION:

Open “new slide”


Create a square shape Duplicate them

Chose “Morph Transition”


Back to the previous slide Shape Format

MERGE SHAPES
The Merge Shapes feature to create new, custom
shapes from one or more existing shapes.

APPLICATIONS
1)The Merge Shapes tool will allow you to create
shapes of any kind, even shapes with imageS
2) The other great thing about the Merge Shapes
tools is how easy it is to use. The possibilities are
limited only by your creativity.

STEPS TO PERFORM MERGE SHAPE:


MERGE SHAPE
Select the shapes you want to merge:
press and hold the Shift key while
you select each shape in turn

On the Shape Format tab, in the


Insert Shapes group, select Merge
Shapes, and then pick the option you
want.

CHART ANIMATION
The charts that illustrate the data in an
animated and dynamic way to better
understand the charts are called animation
charts. The animation charts require a little
additional effort and knowledge of macro to
create dynamic changes and movements in
the chart.

APPLICATION
1)Charts enable you to visually compare multiple sets
of data.
2) Charts can help people better understand and
remember information.
3) Many people understand a picture more quickly
than blocks of text.
4)The advantage to using graphs and charts is that they
can display a lot of information is an easy to
understand format.

STEPS TO PERFORM CHART ANIMATIONS:


Insert SmartArt. Select SmartArt

Click on
“Animations” tab
Effect options
and select the
desired animation.

ADD GRADIENT TO TEXT


A gradient fill is a shape fill that gradually
changes from one color to another across the
surface of the shape. A shape fill that
gradually changes between three colors. It
can be a variation of one color

APPLICATIONS
1)Gradient fills look great as text fills only when your
text is fairly large sized.
2)Using more colors in the gradient fill may make your
text distracting.
3)Try to use the gradient colors which contrast with the
slide background.
4)Also use gradient colors that are not too different so
that you achieve a subtle merge of colors.

STEPS TO PERFORM ADD GRADIENTS TO TEXT :
