Terms and conditions for providing eStatement
The “eStatement “means the statement of account mail electronically to the email address designated by the Accountholder
for the purpose.
The” Accountholder” means individual (s) and corporate customers maintaining account with Bank AL Habib that allows
issuing “statement of Account” on prescribed frequency.

1. These terms and conditions are in addition to and form an integral part of the regular terms and conditions of account opening and
its maintenance.

2. The eStatement will be sent electronically to the assigned email address provided by the Accountholder.

3. The Accountholder hereby unconditionally to the agrees to accept the eStatement mail to the designated email address as correct.
Any errors or exception noted n the eStatement shall be reported to the Bank within 3 days on receipt of eStatement otherwise the
same shall be considered as correct.

4. The Accountholder shall advise the Bank in writing, in case change in email address or discontinuation of eStatement is required.
In the absence of such advice, the Bank holds no responsibility of non-receipt of eStatement by the Accountholder.

5. The eStatement will be electronically sent at the Accountholder request and at the entire risk and responsibility of the
Accountholder.

6. The Bank shall not be liable for improper, incomplete or non-delivery of eStatement in case email is returned due to email
attachment policy at accountholder’s end or inactivated email account etc.

7. The Bank does not guarantee that the integrity of the email has been maintained or that the communication will be free of viruses,
interception or interference. The Accountholder accepts that the Bank does not warrant against any external factors affection the
privacy and/ or security of the emails during internet transmission.

8. Accountholder shall use the eStatement or its printed version as information for his personal record and shall not submit this for
any legal requirement or for submission of it to visa granting authorities or admission statement of account from Branch.

9. The Bank shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting to the accountholder on account of any delay, inaccurate
or incorrect transmission or unauthorized access to the eStatement services.

10. The Bank at its discretion may impose additional conditions prior to acceptance of eStatement issuance request or activating its
issuance. The Bank reserves the right to temporarily suspend the facility as deemed necessary.

11. The Bank reserves the right to make necessary changes as and when required in these terms and conditions, such changes will be
displayed at the website or advised by email notification.

12. The Accountholder agrees to receive and accept periodical notices related to the Account(s) and/ or regulatory information sent to
be the Bank to Accountholders email address.

13. The accountholder is responsible for security of password of email. The Bank will not be liable of any undesirable event such as
data corruption or unauthorized amendment of the information so given, Link down, email hackings, unwanted emails, and
misuse of email address, delay and interruption whatsoever.
