1. Introduction
Property Checker is Bexel Manager add-in designed for data
validation in BIM 3D model. This add-in checks BIM elements based
on their type and also checks the correctness name of the property
value.

2. Installation
1) Close all instances of Bexel Manager.

3. How to use
Populate excel spreadsheet with properties for desired element types as
well as sheets related to the verification of naming convention data. All
columns in sheet Element category must be populated. Exception is
column E (Condition) and column F (Key). If one of the cells remains empty,
that property will not be included in check (again exception is column E
and column F).

The category name of the elements in the Excel file must match the names
that are read from the properties from the model which is defined in the
“Project Information” sheet.

After starting Property Checker following dialog will appear:
While property checker is running you can track the progress of the check.
In the column results different colored flags will be placed. There are 3
different flags:
1) Yellow flag – there are warnings for this element type. Missing property
values or wrong property types are classified as warnings
2) Red flag – there are failed results. Completely missing properties are
classified as failed.

Resulting selection sets are organized in selection set folders for each
element type (3.5).
Also, on closing the form, you can save the changes that occurred after
data import or after evaluation. If this data is saved, later, by restarting the
add-in, the last saved file will be loaded. This data is stored in the project
folder that is active, on the path:
Project File Storage\PropertyChecker\PropertyCheckerAddInData.bxc.
Also when exporting, it is necessary to define the location where the Power
BI file will be saved. After successful export to PBI press the Refresh button
to reload data, which looks like the image below (3.7).
