SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, ____________, widow and _________________, single, both of legal age, Filipino
citizens and with residence at Marcos Highway, Antipolo City, Rizal, hereby name, constitute
and appoint ___________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to ______________ and with
residence at _________________________, whose specimen signature is to be affixed by her
below, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact and administrator to act in, manage and
conduct all transactions in my name and on my behalf with full power of substitution and
delegation, and specifically to act for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following special powers:

1. To sell, assign, dispose of, or convey rights to real property embraced by


Condominium Certificate of Title No. D-552 located at ___________________________
which we own or co-own or in which we have an interest, upon such terms and
conditions and under such covenants as my said attorney shall deem fit and proper;

2. To receive in her own name any checks/ cash/ credit/ etc. representing consideration
or funds intended for me in relation to said sale or transfer to execute in our names
any and all papers relating thereto, and to sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver any
and all agreements or other writings relating thereto, or in any way connected with
such property, and/or sale, assignment of disposition in our behalf;

3. To make, sign, seal, execute and deliver any and all contracts, documents, agreements
and other writings of whatever nature or kind in any way connected with such
property, and perform all acts of ownership, with any and all third persons, concerns
or entities upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney;

4. In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever in or about our
interest, property and affairs, doing acts, deeds, matters and things herein as fully and
effectually to all intents and purposes as either or both of us could do in my own
proper person if personally present.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act of things whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done and in about the premises as fully to my intents and purposes as might or
could do if personally present and acting in person.

HEREBY RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully


do and cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.
