Outlook & MS Teams Configuration in Mobile for iOS Device

The following are the pre-requisites:


✓ Please ensure your mailbox has been migrated to O365 and assigned E3 or E1 + Intune
license. You can check the same using URL: https://office365onboarding.fresco.me/

(Check step 4 to know about your License details and Step 7 for mailbox migration status)

✓ iOS device with iOS version 10.0 and above.

The following are the steps to install and configure Outlook on iOS devices:
1. Search for the Microsoft Outlook app in the iOS App Store and install it. Launch the Outlook
app and add your account by providing your Office 365 ID in the following format:
Username as EmployeeID@tcs.com and Password is your Domain password.
(INDIA/GLOBE/EMEA/NOAM/SOAM/APAC). Registered Domain on O365 portal.

2. Complete the Multi Factor Authentication.

3. Help us keep your device secure message will be popped-up, click Get the app

4. It will redirect you to App Store for installation of Microsoft Authenticator app, click GET

5. Once Microsoft Authenticator app is downloaded, open it and enter your Domain password

6. Complete the Multi Factor Authentication.

7. Help us keep your device secure message will be popped-up, click Register

8. Click Maybe Later and launch the Inbox, now you can view your emails.

9. In Enable Notifications pop-up, choose “No Thanks or Turn On”. In “Outlook” pop-up for
Notification, choose “Don’t Allow or Allow” as per your preference.

For restart app pop-up, click OK and proceed with mailbox

The following are the steps to install and configure MS Teams on iOS devices:
1. Download and install the Microsoft Teams app from App Store.

2. Open the Microsoft Teams app and sign in using the following credentials to enroll:
Username - EmployeeID@tcs.com and Password - Your Domain password
(INDIA/GLOBE/EMEA/NOAM/SOAM/APAC). Registered Domain on O365 portal.

3. Click Allow for MS Teams notifications. Click OK for MS Teams access to Microphone

4. For restart app pop-up, click OK

5. Open the MS Teams app and set 6-digit PIN and confirm once when prompted.

6. Now you can use Microsoft Teams app in your mobile.
