Patch Notes 22.90

The update adds 4 new advanced job classes - Rune Knight, Guillotine Cross, Arch Bishop, and new equipment from levels 100 to 110. It also introduces relic training, observation illusion, energy matrix systems, card presets, new card combinations, MVP card evolution, and a new Tower of Heaven event. Several class balances are also made, increasing the effectiveness of skills and abilities for Rangers, Arch Bishops, and Rune Knights.

NEW 3-1 CLASSES:

1. The 4th swordsman job has been added.


- A new job ‘Rune Knight’ has been added.

→ The Lord Knight job character is at Base Lv. 100, Job Lv. When you reach level 40, you can receive the
Rune Knight Advancement quest.

2. The 4th thief class has been added.


- A new job, ‘Guillotine Cross’, has been added.

→ Assassin Cross job character is Base Lv. 100, Job Lv. When you reach 40, you can receive the
Guillotine Cross advancement quest.

3. The 4th job in the copier category has been added.


- A new job, ‘Arch Bishop’, has been added.

→ Highpriest job character is Base Lv. 100, Job Lv. When you reach 40, you can receive the Arch Bishop
Advancement quest.

4. Lv. 100 ~ 110 New equipment is added.

→ Weapons: Elemental Sword l·ll, Royal Knight Spear l·ll, Gladiator Dagger l·ll, Gladiator Katar l·ll, Staff of

*OTHER UPDATES

5. Relic training content has been added.

- Base Lv. Upon reaching 90, it is available through [Bonus] - [Relic Training] within the guild.

- When you achieve +18 refinement for 11 pieces of equipped equipment, you can use the relic
tempering function.
- After unlocking, you can obtain various attribute bonuses by activating and leveling up the relics of
each part.

- After activating the relic, you can lend the relic to a character in the guild who has not disabled the relic
training function.

- Each part of the relic can be rented to a maximum of 10 people, and attribute number bonuses can be
obtained depending on the number of people rented.

6. Observation illusion (NEBULA PATH) system has been added.

- [Menu] - [Observation Illusion] UI has been added.

- Base Lv.100, opened after achieving the 3rd job advancement, allows you to activate and level up the
Soul Ring skill.

- You can exchange combat ability points using Base Exp.

- The totem can be applied during the 4th job advancement, and the star stone can be activated by
leveling up the totem.

7. Energy matrix (NEXUS ENGINE) system is added.

- [Menu] - [Energy Matrix] UI has been added.

- Base Lv.100, opens after achieving 3rd job advancement, and modules can be placed on the matrix.

- The matrix has 14 basic spaces, and up to 35 spaces can be unlocked using unlock items.

- When modules of the same color are connected and the area reaches 7, the core skill is unlocked, and
up to 5 can be unlocked.

- Through module processing, you can process, spin, upgrade, and disassemble.

- Modules can be acquired through RO shop, guild league, space-time fantasy, and guild exploration.

* Please note that special type skills within the module only apply to 4th job skills.

8. Card preset system has been added.


- Base Lv. Starting from 25, you can set presets using the card loading tab.

- A card belt item that allows you to apply card presets to quick slots has been added.

* Card belt items can be obtained through Kafra VIP membership purchased after the maintenance.

* After the maintenance, 'Card Belt' items will be issued sequentially to adventurers who have KAFRA
VIP membership.

9. New card combinations are added.

- You can check the red card combination in the [Card Guide] My Card Combination tab.

10. MVP card awakening & evolution functions have been added.

11. Constellation Tower “Hell” difficulty has been added.

12. The Tower in the Sky event begins.

- Event period: *TBA

- Base Lv. After 25, you can check it through the Tower of Heaven UI at the top of the screen.

- The Tower of Heaven consists of a total of 120 floors, and rare and common rewards can be discovered
on each floor.

- You can select rare rewards for each floor and obtain limited rare rewards on specific floors.

- Blessing rewards can be earned based on the number of floors achieved and can be accumulated over
a period of up to 24 hours.

- You can proceed with excavation using snails and items, and if you have items, they will be consumed
first.

[Optimizations and Improvements]

- Dream Coin items will be improved so that they can be sold in stores.

- Romantic Wedding and My House preview tabs are added to the top of the screen.
- Option names on the character details page have been optimized.

- The order of use of some skills registered in the skill auto setting in the Warlock profession has been
optimized.

- The acquisition path for advanced gear capsule items has been optimized.

- The text alignment of the battlefield content introduction has been optimized.

- Listing and classification within the point store are optimized. (Added 10/25 21:15)

- The number of resurrections within the Euperos Ruins is limited.

- The Euperos Ruins ranking will be changed to a personal ranking. (Added 10/26 03:00)

- Improvements will be made so that a pop-up message is displayed when clearing the contents of the
Guardian Battle of Yggdrasil / Nightmare of Helheim / Dream of the Horde.

- Optimized so that the ‘Amber Knight King’ monster cannot be targeted in the Euperos Ruins.

- New grades and grade materials are added.

- When an MVP is defeated, the research progress points applied to MVP summoning increase.

- Attenuation scores related to MVP team rewards have been optimized.

* Please note that the effect of this option is the same as before.

- Christmas decorations will be added to Frontera, Yuno, Aldebaran, and Payon maps.

- Improvements will be made so that additional presets can be opened and modified when using the
card belt item.

- The acquisition path for card belt items is optimized to be exposed.

- The equipment switching function within relic training has been optimized.

- The loading screen changes to a Christmas image.


Balance Patch

1. Ranger

- New effects are added to the Scavenger skill.

→ When a Warg Bite, Warg Claw, or Warg Strike hits a bleeding target while riding a Warg, the
Scavenger stack increases by 1, and the effect is applied every 0.5 seconds.

- When auto-hunting, the Arrow Storm / Aimed Bolt skills will not be automatically cast during the
duration of the Power of Breeze active effect.

- New refining effects are added to the items of Spirit Bow I and Spirit Bow II.

→ +10 refining effect: Aimed bolt damage increases by 8% for each breeze.

- Power of Breeze’s cooldown has been adjusted.

→ Previous: 30 seconds

→ Change: 15 seconds

- The damage multiplier for wind shooting has been increased.

→ Previous: 1700%

→ Change: 2000%

- The mythic equipment linkage effect for the Spirit Bow II item has been added.

→ When refined to +10, the aimed bolt damage increases by 8% for each breeze on the mythical
Valhalla/Muspelheim/Niflheim bow.

- The CRI.DMG application effect of some equipment has been increased.

→ Target equipment: Spirit’s BowⅠ/Ⅱ, Devil’s BowⅠ/Ⅱ

→ Previous: 80%

→ Change: 100%
- The 6-refinement effect of Devil’s Bow I/II is increased.

→ Existing: Warg shadow summon cooldown 30 seconds, duration 6 seconds.

→ Change: Warg Shadow Summon cooldown 15 seconds, duration 10 seconds.

- Bloody Onslaught Lv. 10 The effect of gear skills is increased.

→ Existing: Skill damage inflicted by wargs on bleeding targets increases by 30%

→ Change: Skill damage inflicted by wargs on bleeding targets increases by 45%

[Observation Fantasy/Totem thingy]

- Shooting Lv.40 Starstone properties are increased.

→ Existing: Physical damage buff increases by 2% for each breeze

→ Change: Physical damage buff increases by 5% for each breeze.

- Shooting Lv.60 Starstone properties are increased.

→ Existing: When Power of Breeze is activated, CRI increases by 100 and CRI.DMG by 5%.

→ Change: When Power of Breeze is activated, CRI increases by 100 and CRI.DMG by 20%.

- Warg training Lv.40 star stone effect is increased.

→ Existing: When acquiring wildness, attack power increases by 4%

→ Change: When acquiring wildness, attack power increases by 10%

- Warg training Lv.60 star stone effect is increased.

→ Existing: Strengthening skill damage cast when wildness is 100 increases by 5%


→ Change: Damage of strengthening skills cast when wildness is 100 increases by 20%

2. Arch Bishop

- Furgatio’s damage multiplier is increased.

→ Previous: 500%

→ Change: 1200%

- Adoramus’ damage multiplier is increased.

→ Previous: 1000%

→ Change: 1200%

- The damage multiplier of Purifying Light is increased.

→ Existing: Deals 200% damage every 0.2 seconds to enemies touched by light.

→ Change: Deals 500% damage to enemies touched by light every 0.2 seconds.

- Wishtatio’s skill effect is increased.

→ Existing: Damage increased by 35%

→ Change: Damage increase effect by 60%

[equipment]

- The smelting effect of Light Staff I and Light Staff Il items is increased.

→ Existing: When refined to level 6, Furgatio damage increases by 100%.

- When refined to level 15, purification light damage increases by 20%, and increases by an additional
20% to enemies affected by Furgatio.

→ Change: When refined to level 6, Furgatio damage increases by 120%.

- When refined to level 15, purification light damage increases by 30%, and increases by an additional
30% to enemies affected by Furgatio.

3. Rune Knight

- A new skill ‘Integrated Buff’ is added.

→ When used, Endure, Sword Quicken, Concentration, and Aura Blade Lv.11 effects are applied.

* When the skill level increases by 1 at Lv.10 of each skill, the effect is applied at the rate of increase.

- Gate of Spear skill range is reduced.

- The Gate of Spear skill effect has been adjusted.

→ Added: When SPD is higher than 150%, SPD is fixed to 150%

- The Sympathy Rune skill effect is increased.

→ Previous: Obtain physical shield

→ Change: Obtain shield (physical + magic)

- The effect of the Rain of Arrows gear skill is increased.

→ Previous: Obtain physical shield

→ Change: Obtain shield (physical + magic)

1. Warlock

- Crimson Meteor’s MATK multiplier increases.

→ Previous: MATK 1200%

→ Change: MATK 1500%

- Lightning combo’s MATK multiplier increases.

- Tetra Vortex’s cooldown has been adjusted.

→ Previous: 30 seconds

→ Change: 19 seconds

- The cooldown of the Reading Spellbook has been adjusted.

→ Previous: 13 seconds

→ Change: 8 seconds

- The cooldown of Telekinetic Intense has been adjusted.

→ Previous: 20 seconds

→ Change: 12 seconds

- Soul Expansion’s cooldown has been adjusted.

→ Previous: 5 seconds

→ Change: Telekinetic Intense Magic Circle Inside 1 second, Outside 2 seconds

- The amount of elemental energy obtained for some skills increases.

→ Target skills: Soul Cast, White Prison, Lightning Combo, Crimson Meteor, Glacier Nova, Marsh of
Abyss.

→ Existing: 1

- The cooldown and common delay of some skills have been adjusted.

→ Target skills: Comet Impact, Chain Lightning, Glacier Hell, Earth Strain

→ Existing: Cool time 4.8 seconds / Common delay 2.4 seconds


→ Change: Cool time 2 seconds / Common delay 1 second

[Observation Fantasy/Nebula Stuff]

- Link Lv.60 Starstone properties are increased.

→ Target skills: Tetra Vortex, Comet Impact, Chain Lightning, Glacier Hell, Earth Strain

→ Existing: Magic damage increases by 6% when casting, magic damage increases by 10% when
casting 4 energy ball inheritance skills

→ Change: Magic damage increases by 18% when casting, magic damage increases by 30%
when casting 4 energy ball inheritance skills

2. Guillotine Cross

- Venom Pressure’s cooldown has been adjusted.

→ Previous: 9 seconds

→ Change: 4 seconds

- The Venom Pressure effect has been adjusted upward.

→ Existing: 1200% non-attribute physical damage, 20% additional damage when possessing
deadly poison, and 50% additional damage when possessing lethal poison.

→ Change: 1500% non-attribute physical damage, 60% additional damage when possessing
deadly poison, 80% additional damage when possessing lethal poison

- The cooldown of the Eternal Slash skill has been adjusted.

→ Previous: 7 seconds

→ Change: 3 seconds

- Dark Burst damage has been increased.


→ Existing: Damage equal to 50% of the body

→ Change: Damage equal to 70% of the body

- The refining effect of Gladiator Dagger I and Gladiator Dagger II items is increased.

→ Existing: When refined to level 6, Cross Slash, Venom Pressure, and Poison Smoke damage
increase by 7%.

-When refined to level 10, Toxin Storm damage increases by 5%.

→ Change: When refined to level 6, Cross Slash, Venom Pressure, and Poison Smoke damage
increase by 15%.

When refined to level 10, Toxin Storm damage increases by 10%.

→ Existing: CRI.DMG increases by 5% when refined to level 18

→ Change: CRI.DMG increases by 12% when refined to level 18

- The combo effect of Gladiator Qatar II’s mythic equipment has been improved.

- The level-up effect of Gladiator Qatar II’s mythical equipment linkage has been increased.

- When refined to level 18, Mythical Muspelheim Qatar CRI.DMG increases by 11%

- When refined to level 18, Mythical Niflheim Qatar CRI.DMG increases by 13%.
→ Change: Mythical Valhalla Qatar CRI.DMG increases by 15% when refined to level 18

- When refined to level 18, Mythical Muspelheim Qatar CRI.DMG increases by 17%

- When refined to level 18, Mythical Niflheim Qatar CRI.DMG increases by 20%.

5. Monk / Champion

- The motion time for using the optical condenser is shortened.

- Yukken skill damage is increased.

→ Existing: 400% + 200 non-attribute physical damage to a single designated target.

→ Change: 450% + 200 non-attribute physical damage to a single designated target.

- The effect of the Weapon Spirituality skill is increased.

→ Previously: SP recovered by 54%

→ Change: SP recovery by 72%

- A new effect is added to Asura's Emperor's Fist skill.

→ After using the skill, an invincibility effect is applied for 0.2 seconds.

- New smelting effects are added to the weapon Blowfish Knuckle and Blowfish Knuckle I items.

→ +10 Refining effect: DEF ignore +10%

→ +15 Refining effect: DEF ignore +10%

6. Rogue/Stalker

- SP consumption of the backstab skill has been improved.

→ SP consumption is fixed at 12 regardless of skill level.


- The Rogue Master skill effect is increased.

→ Existing: Blade form: Increases own CRI.DMG by 15%. Depending on the number of
surrounding enemies, your CRI.DMG decreases by 1%, up to a maximum of 10%.

→ Bow form: Increases own physical damage by 10%. Physical damage increases by 1%, up to
15%, depending on the number of nearby allies.

→ Change: Blade Form: Increases own CRI.DMG by 20%. Depending on the number of
surrounding enemies, your CRI.DMG decreases by 1%, up to 15%.

→ Bow form: Increases your physical damage by 15%. Physical damage increases by 1%, up to
20%, depending on the number of nearby allies.

7. Crusader / Paladin

- Holy Cross skill effect is increased.

→ Existing: 380% sexual attribute physical damage to a single designated target, and if the
equipped weapon is a two-handed spear, the damage increases by 760%.

→ Change: 600% holy attribute physical damage to a single designated target, and if the
equipped weapon is a two-handed spear, the damage increases by 1200%.

- Shield Boomerang skill damage increases.

→ Existing: 450% non-attribute physical damage

→ Change: 500% non-attribute physical damage

- Shield Chain skill damage increases.

→ Existing: 1400% non-attribute physical damage

→ Change: 1470% non-attribute physical damage

- Sacrifice skill damage increases.

→ Existing: Forced non-attribute physical damage of 3.6*5% Max HP

→ Change: Forced non-attribute physical damage of 5.5*5% Max HP


8. Clown / Gypsy

- The range of Fantasy Gwangmugok’s automatic hunting skill is increased.

- The effect of Idun’s Apple/Service for You skill is increased.

→ Existing: Recover ATK 100% + 500 HP of nearby allies

→ Change: Recover ATK 150% + 500 HP of nearby allies

- Arrow Vulcan skill damage is increased.

→ Previous: 800% + 300 physical damage

→ Change: 900% + 300 physical damage

- Dissonance/Mak Dance skill damage is increased.

→ Previous: 200% + 200 physical damage

→ Change: 500% + 400 physical damage

- New effects are added to the Old Bard's Bass Guitar and Old Bard's Bass Guitar l·ll·lll·lV·V items.

→ Idun’s Apple healing effect +20%

- The smelting effect of the Old Bard's Bass Guitar ll·lll·lV·V items is improved.

→ Old Bard's Bass Guitar ll: When smelting +15, Idun's Apple healing amount increases from
+20% to +30%

→ Old Bard's Bass Guitarlll: Idun's Apple healing amount increases from +20% to +40% when
smelting +15
→ Old Bard's Bass Guitar lV·V: When refinement is +15, Idun's Apple healing amount increases
from +20% to +50%

- The effects of Burning Passion Guitar and Burning Passion Guitar l·ll·lll·lV·V items are increased.

→ Guitar of Burning Passion, Guitar of Burning Passion I: Fire property physical damage
increases from 150% of ATK to 800% (PVP 200% multiplier)

→ Other ll·lll·lV·V of Burning Passion: Fire property physical damage increases from 150% of ATK
to 800% (PVP 200% multiplier), and when refining +15, Flame Rhapsody damage increases from +30% to
+50%

- The effects of electric guitar and electric guitar l,ll,lll items are increased.

→ Wind attribute physical electric shock attack multiplier increases from 200% to 600% (PVP 200%
multiplier).

- New effects are added to the Old Dancer's Flower Decoration Microphone and the Old Dancer's
Flower Decoration Microphone l·ll·lll·lV·V items.

→ Idun’s Apple healing effect +20%

- The smelting effect of the Old Dancer’s Flower Decoration Microphone ll·lll·lV·V items is improved.

→ Old Dancer's Flower Decoration Mikell: When refinement is +15, Idun's Apple healing amount
increases from +20% to +30%.

→ Old Dancer's Flower Decoration Mike lll: When refinement is +15, Idun's Apple healing
amount increases from +20% to +40%.

→ Old Dancer's Flower Decoration Microphone lV·V: When refinement is +15, Idun's Apple
healing amount increases from +20% to +50%.

- The effect of the Flame Whip and Flame Whip l·ll·lll·lV·V items is increased.
→ Flame Whip, Flame Whip I: Fire property physical damage increases from 150% of ATK to
800% (PVP 200% multiplier)

→ Flame Whip ll·lll·lV·V: Fire property physical damage increases from 150% of ATK to 800%
(PVP 200% multiplier), Flame Rhapsody damage increases from +30% to +50% when refining +15

- The effect of the Electric Shock Whip and Electric Shock Whip l·ll·lll items is increased.

→ Wind attribute physical electric shock attack multiplier increases from 200% to 600% (PVP
200% multiplier)

9. Alchemist / Creator

- Demonstration skill damage is increased.

→ Previous: 230% + 30 fire property physical damage

→ Change: 400% + 30 fire property physical damage

- Acid Terror skill damage is increased.

→ Existing: 400% non-attribute physical damage

→ Change: 450% non-attribute physical damage
