A. CALL TO ORDER
(Presiding officer raps the găvel once and announces, the meeting will come to order.)

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. ________________, SK Chairperson at ____:00 o’clock in the

The Presiding Officer asked the SK Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a quorum was declared to be present.

(Chair: The Secretary will read the minutes; following the reading, the Chair will ask, Are
there any corrections to the minutes? (Additions and omissions are corrections, therefore are

The SK Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the Previous Session on motion of Hon. SK Coun.
________________, duly seconded by Hon. SK Coun. _________________, the Minutes of the Previous Session
was approved as read.

D. REPORTS OF THE OFFICERS/COMMITTEE (Optional)

(Reports of Officers and Committees Chair: The Treasurer will now report. Following
