Initial beside each statement.

____ I am expected to take responsibility for my education.

____ I am expected to organize my time so that I complete my work on time.

____ I am expected to communicate with my instructor:

When I have questions.

When I cannot attend or will be late for an assignment.

____ I am expected to know what is required on each assignment and do my BEST to achieve full credit.

____ I am expected to revise and resubmit my assignments based on feedback.

____ I am expected to fully participate in weekly online discussions.

Where do I find the syllabus?

____ The syllabus is found under the syllabus tab on the left-hand menu.

Where do I find rubrics? What are rubrics?

____ A rubric is a written guide that gives exactly what is required to achieve point values for
each component of an assignment. The rubrics are found:

____ Click on the 3 dots at the top right of an assignment to open the show Rubric box. Click on
‘Show Rubric’ and a pop up will open with the rubric for that assignment.
Where do I find my grade and feedback?

____ The best way to look at your grade and feedback is to click on Grades in the left side menu.
Scroll down to the assignment you want to see. The points awarded are there. Click on
the chat icon to see feedback. You can click on the hyperlinked assignment name to
see annotations made on your paper along side my written comments.

What is the best way to navigate through the classroom?

____ Use the Modules tab.
