Spot Report

This memorandum from the National Police Commission reports that on September 18, 2022 at around 6:10 AM, the dead body of Rodolfo Boy Quinto was discovered in Camarin, Caloocan City with a sack over his head. A witness, Russell John Reazon, alerted local authorities after finding the body while jogging. 1. Reference: Sms report from barangay dated September 18, 2022 with subject
same as above.

2. What: Found dead body alleged murdered.

3. When: Discovered at about 6:10 AM of September 18, 2022 ( Sunday) but


reported to Station 1 at about 6:15 AM and IOC finished gathering information at
about 7:10 AM and NPD-CLO arrived at 7:20 AM, all of the same date.

4. Where: At the Camarin, Caloocan City

5. Who: Victim: RODOLFOBOY QUINTO, 21 years old (DOB: Unknown) (POB:


Unknown) single, unknown address.

Witness: RUSSELL JOHN REAZON, 20 years old (DOB: December 8, 2001) (POB:
Caloocan City), single, with an address of Camarin, Caloocan City.

6. How: Initial investigation disclosed that on the above cited, while the above-
named of witness is about to jog in the morning upon walking he saw the lifeless
body of a man with a sack on his head. Thereafter, the witness immediately called
someone on barangay post and the barangay reported it on SS 1, Caloocan City. The
crime scene was processed by NPD-CLO led by PLt. CJ Ortega, IOC: PCpl. Donn
Alcanar
