CHAPTER I: INTRODUCTION

of it are located in major shopping malls. As years pass by, they began to
compete with other famous fast food restaurant. However, question run
in mind such as; Do they satisfy the needs of their customers? Do they
became more famous nowadays, the researchers pick the place that
near the school and has a lot of customers around and it was located on
Hilltop Lagro Quezon City. The researchers chose the location because
customers but the main problem is the restaurant's poor services and
take care of this matter. Once Chowking maintain the services that the
staff gave to their customers, the restaurant will gain more customers
and they will be more satisfied. Hiring more employees to maintain the
services and the cleanliness of the surroundings can help them attract
customer service, customers will surely be satisfied and they will keep
