1. This office announces the composition of the Quality Assurance and Technical
Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME) Team for the In-Service Training
2024, as follows:

I. Team Leader Faith S. Sardual


School Head, Villacastor ES
II. Quality Assurance Team
1. Menchel A. Gulane -Master Teacher I
2. Elona Jane L. Capangpangan -Teacher-I
Quality Assurance Team Functions:
1. Develops effective Quality Assurance processes and procedures;
2. Facilitates teams;
3. Identifies issues and concerns;
4. Initiates solutions and innovations;
5. Maintains documentation of all activities;
6. Manages the schedules and time-frames for every activity set;
7. Coordinate with the committee members for the effective and efficient
implementation of the training activities.
8. Evaluate individual aspects with necessary improvements;
9. Monitor activities daily;
10. Perform such other related functions as may be necessary, including the
creation of a Technical Working Group (TWG) from a pool of technical experts
in the school and cluster.

III. Technical Assistance Team


1. Aileen B. Edubala - Member- Teacher-III
2. Rengie Lynn F. Pineda - Member- Teacher-I
3. Ivy Mae P. Erederos -Member- Teacher-III
Technical Assistance Functions:
1. Provide learning support to the participants of the training;
2. Initiate actions that will support the effective understanding of the
concepts being discussed in the training.
3. Take note of the issues and concerns that need immediate learning
assistance.
4. Analyze the results of the pre-test and compare it with the post-test after
the training;
5. Implement evaluation test for all the participants;
6. Deal with constructive criticisms along the way;
7. Assist members constructively;
8. Resolve emerging issues;
9. Provide timely and constructive feedback;
10. Suggest gender-sensitive actions to the team for the easy accomplishment
of the tasks.

A. In charge of Minutes of Meetings and Attendance

1. Prepare minutes of meetings and attendance sheets;
2. Strictly monitor the teachers’ daily logs;
3. Submit daily attendance and minutes to the team leader

B. In-Charge of Program
 Menchel A. Gulane
 Elona Jane L. Capangpangan
1. Prepare the program documents (certificates, tarpapel)
2. Assign Management of Learning (MOL);
3. Monitor the implementation of the activities daily

C. Documents keeper
 Juhaifa A. Hadjijamel
 Ginagene H. Timtim
1. Take evidence of the activities conducted daily such as taking pictures,
and videos to have concrete means of verification
2. Compile means of verifications for certification to the QA team;
3. Submit the required documents to the team leader.

D. In charge of the Food and Snacks


 Anelyn S. Rivas
 Nelie D. Dumajel
1. Plan for the food preparation including the budget.
2. Procure the needed materials;
3. Handle food distribution for all the training participants.

2. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
