INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATE


1. The application should be submitted with the following documents:

I. A Demand Draft for the prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of
Bharathidasan University, Trichirappalli-24.

II. Transfer Certificate original with Xerox copy

III. Consolidated Mark statement (or) Provisional Certificate (or)


Pass Certificate (or) Degree Certificate in Original with Xerox copies.

2. In the event of non production of Original Transfer Certificate, the candidate shall produce a
certificate to the effect that he / she is a BONAFIDE STUDENT OF THE INSTITUTION
where he / she surrendered his / her Original Transfer Certificate, along with a copy of the
Transfer Certificate attested by the Principal of the concerned college.

3. The Ph.D candidates should be produced a Provisional or Degree Certificate in Original


With a attested xerox copies of the same and a Copy of the Ph.D first Registration form.

4. If the Migration Certificate is sought by post, a self addressed envelop of size 35 cm x 12.5 cm
stamped to the value of Rs. 25/- along with the above mentioned documents should be sent.

5. Incorrect particulars or failure to give the necessary particulars together with relevant Certificate
called for therein will lead to summary rejection of this application without intimation to the
candidate.
