OPERATION

• Set the safety lock control to the right ‘OFF’ position.


• Switch the gas flow control to the centre position.
• Press the ignition button to ignite the flame.
• For short term usage hold the ignition button down, release to extinguish the
flame.
• To use continuously while holding the ignition button down, slide the lock control to
the right ‘ON’ position and release the ignition button.
• To adjust the flame length, turn the gas flow control to ‘+’ to increase or ‘-’ to
reduce.
• Switching the lock switch to the left ‘OFF’ position extinguishes the flame.
• To prevent accidental ignition prior to storage when the tool has cooled down
switch the lock to ‘ON’ position.

• Never point the tool towards yourself or towards others when lighting or during use.
• Do not touch the tip, nozzle or the main tube when hot. Base
