Check the engine oil, diesel and water levels.
Check air and diesel hoses for leakages,
cracks and loose clamps.
Wipe up spills on the machine body.
Drain water from fuel water separator
Check all welding cables for exposed
electrical wires.
Check and Clean air filter accordingly
Clean and tighten battery
connections/terminals.
Check belt tension and adjust to 13mm.

Check and clean cooling system i.e. radiator.

Clean and tighten weld terminals.

Repair and replace cracked welding cable.

Drain sludge from fuel tank and refill.

Service air cleaner.

Change engine oil, oil filter and fuel filter.


Service welding generator brushes and split
rings.
