SK RESOLUTION No. 02

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. MATHEW C. SELOSA AS SANGUNIANG KABATAAN


TREASURER OF BARANGAY MALINIS, LEMERY BATANGAS

WHEREAS,Section 7 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang


Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Person) with the
concurrence of the majority of all the SK (SK Members) of the KK;

WHEREAS, Mr. Mathew C. Selosa posseses all the qualification for Kabataan Treasurer as provided
under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Mr. Mathew C.
Selosa of Barangay Malinis, Lemery, Batangas until the end of the term of the appointing authority unless
sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Mr. Mathew C. Selosa for his file, copy
furnish the DIG Municipal Local Government Operations Officer and the LocalYouth Development Office
of Lemery, Batangas for their information and records.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished all offices concerned.
