"A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. PRINCE MARK JEFFERSON S. PIANO THE SK
SECRETARY IN THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY LANATAN, BALAYAN, BATANGAS."

WHEREAS, the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) in the Philippines were held on October 30, 2023.

WHEREAS, this election caused the need to fill the position of the Barangay SK SECRETARY:

WHEREAS, in the exigency of public service, MR. PRINCE MARK JEFFERSON S. PIANO is appointed as Barangay SK
SECRETARY of Barangay LANATAN, Balayan, Batangas effective this 10th day of DECEMBER, 2023;

WHEREAS, MR. PRINCE MARK JEFFERSON S. PIANO meets all the qualification required as the SK SECRETARY of
Sangguniang Kabataan pursuant to DILG MC-2023-167 dated November, 2023.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motioned of Hon. MEEKYLA CARAIG. Barangay SK Member and jointly seconded whole-body
present, it was;

RESOLVED, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to declare, confirm and concur the appointment of MR. PRINCE MARK
JEFFERSON S. PIANO the position of the Barangay SK SECRETARY of Barangay LANATAN (BSKE) in the Philippines on
October 30, 2023;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to fumish copy of this resolution to the office of the Municipality Mayor, HON. EMMANUEL
SALVADOR P FRONDA II, the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Officer, and Offices/agencies concerned for
their information and records.

FINALLY, that the foregoing resolutions shall continue and remain in full force and effect until repealed and/or amended by
subsequent resolutions of the Sangguniang Kabataan and appropriate copies thereof served;

IN THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY LANATAN, BALAYAN, BATANGAS."

WHEREAS, the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) in the Philippines were held on October 30, 2023.

WHEREAS, this election caused the need to fill the position of the Barangay SK TREASURER:

WHEREAS, in the exigency of public service, MS. LADY MARIEL L. CARAIG is appointed as Barangay SK TREASURER
of Barangay LANATAN, Balayan, Batangas effective this 10th day of DECEMBER, 2023;

WHEREAS, MS. LADY MARIEL L. CARAIG meets all the qualification required as the SK TREASURER of Sangguniang
Kabataan pursuant to DILG MC-2023-167 dated November, 2023.
