RESOLUTION NO. 04 Series of 2023


RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON OF
MATALAO HON. KEEN B. ESTRELLOSO AND BARANGAY SK TREASURER HON.
ELMA R. ALBOPERA TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT WITH LANDBANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES IN MOALBOAL BRANCH WITH NAME BARANGAY MATALAO-
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN.

WHEREAS, Barangay Matalao Sangguniang Kabataan, has newly elected set of


Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan Officials for Calendar Year 2024- 2026

WHEREAS, it has been mandated by the law that Sangguniang Kabataan will have
separate account from the barangay for the disbursement of SK funds which will be solely used
for the youth development and empowerment purposes;

WHEREAS, the new set of Sangguniang Kabataan Officers particularly the SK


Chairperson and SK Treasurer will now be authorized to open an account, sign checks and other
documents for and in behalf of Barangay Matalao Sangguniang Kabataan.

WHEREAS, the authorized signatories are SK Chairperson HON. KEEN B.


ESTRELLOSO and SK Treasurer HON. ELMA R. ALBOPERA whose signatures appears below;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the


members of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Matalao in its session assembled to
authorize SK Chairperson HON. Keen B. Estrelloso and SK Treasurer HON. Elma R. Albopera
open a Bank Account, sign checks and other documents for and in behalf of Barangay Matalao
Sangguniang Kabataan.

RESOLVED FURTHER, o furnish copies of this resolution to Department of Interior and


Local Government, City/Municipal Youth Development Office, Sangguniang Panlungsod through
