Subject HOMEROOM GUIDANCE
 The mindfulness and relaxation techniques, I usually
start my class with a mindfulness activity, such as deep
Best Practices Observed breathing exercises or guided meditation, to help
students focus and reduce stress.
 I facilitate my class discussions on topics such as
bullying, peer pressure, and healthy relationships, using
open-ended questions to encourage critical thinking
and reflection.
 Conflict Resolution, I teach my students how to resolve
conflicts effectively and respectfully. I use role-playing
activities to help students develop communication and
conflict-resolution skills, such as practicing assertive
communication or resolving conflicts with peers.
 On career exploration, I provide resources and
guidance to help students explore different career
paths. I also encourage them to research careers that
align with their interests, strengths, and values.
 Insufficient time – adjustment of time allocated for

Action taken  Some parents are not well-informed about the program
– Collaborative partnerships with parents.
