II. Rationale: True to its mission to the country, the Department of Education (DepEd) has poured huge effort to continuously improve the quality of education provided
for the Filipino children. To execute his means, that teachers who facilitates the transfer of knowledge be capacitated and enriched to the trends of learning
and how to adapt to the nature of the 21st century learners.
Lampayan Elementary School maximizes the use of Learning Action Cell to solve problems in school and improve the quality of education last October up
December, 2021. Lampayan Elementary School conducted LAC on the guidelines in conducting the sessions to insure that LAC sessions will be
properly conducted.
