What if…

Those words occupied my mind the whole week. What if I


stayed in Maharlika National High School, will my fate be the same?
Maybe I won’t experience these unfortunate things.
I started this week with enthusiasm and courage but end up
being crumpled. Everyday is another, that’s what I thought every time
that I’m on my way to school. This week was the student’s
preparation for examination. I helped my cooperating teacher in
printing the reviewers and the test questionnaires. I’m thankful for my
cooperating teacher for always looking after me.
I’m really amazed with how the teachers handle everything.
From preparing the lesson plan then studying the lessons and
carrying out the discussion in room full of learners with different
personalities. Despite the fact that the teachers’ salary will be
deducted if they will be late but they won’t receive additional payment
for their overtime. Even the long weekend for relaxation is their long
week of paper works

Teaching is not difficult but dealing with the different


personalities of the learners is draining.
