Role: Field Engineer/Site Incharge


Eligibility: BE (Civil/Mech/EEE)
Openings: Bangalore
Reporting Manager: City Manager
Pre Requisites: 2Wheeler with DL
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. You will
play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of interior design projects by
overseeing on-site construction activities, managing resources, and maintaining quality
standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to
ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards.
Role Responsibilites
 Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, review plans, and identify
potential challenges.
 Coordinate with project managers, architects, and designers to develop detailed
project schedules and timelines.
 Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design
specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
 Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any
issues or delays that may arise.
 Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to
optimize project productivity and minimize costs.
 Conduct quality inspections to ensure that workmanship and materials meet
established standards and specifications.
 Address any technical queries or issues from contractors, subcontractors, or
clients, providing timely resolutions and recommendations.
 Collaborate with procurement teams to source and procure materials and
equipment required for the project.
 Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, site
diaries, and as-built drawings.
 Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working
environment for all personnel on-site.
Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.


 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
 Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with
multiple stakeholders.
 Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is desirable.
 Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and technical
specifications.
 Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
 Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to project sites as required.

Package (Freshers)
Total Salary: 4.2LPA (Fixed Salary: 3LPA, Variable Salary: Upto 1.2L PA)
Probation Period: 2 Months (can be confirmed earlier based on performance), Stipend
during Probation would be 18k per month

Other Benefits
 Benefits for the position include (but aren’t limited to):
 Casual Leave of 22 days per annum
 Training Coverage (formal certifications/trainings) of 10 days per annum
