ATTENDANCE POLICIES
Strict monitoring of attendance during the days scheduled for lectures is highly implemented. Attendance will be checked four (4) times a day.
(In the morning, attendance will be checked before and after the lecture, and in the afternoon, attendance will be checked before and after the
lecture as well.) A student who is late for about 30 minutes will be considered absent but, is allowed to join the class. An equivalent of 3
absences will warrant an automatic “dropped” remarks. (NOTE: Attendance weighs 20% in the midterm and final grading system.)
Missed Examination
Students will be expected to be present on every examination (evaluation) date. Only after the exam has been missed will there be a
negotiation for how to make up the exam. Why the exam was missed will be a chief consideration in this matter.

Students should come early before the lecture proper will start. Students are encouraged to bring a notebook for note-taking. And the use of
cell phone is highly prohibited during the lecture. No food and drinks in the class. And follow the lecturer’s instructions/directions the first
time they are given.
