sometimes used interchangeably, they are different.
Using practical examples or scenarios, explain how morals and ethics differ.

2. Identify and describe characteristics, principles, or practices of an ethical business


culture. How are these characteristics evaluated and maintained in a business? What are
the responsibilities of various organizational stake holders in maintaining an ethical

3. Discuss the following topics briefly, based on your understanding of Business Ethics:

i) Ethical Dilemma
ii) Egoism
iii) Threats to Sustainability
iv) Capitalism
v) Utilitarianism

different marketing tactics to market and sell their products which has raised many ethical
concerns.
Discus such ethical issues with relevant examples/ scenarios to support your answer.

makes a decision about what to do with this information. Whistle blowing is the term
used to define an employee’s decision to disclose this information to an authority figure.”

Recently, you've discovered that one of your suppliers employs child labor to keep costs
low, allowing you to maintain competitive prices and maximize profits. However, using
this supplier directly contradicts your company's values and ethical principles.

How do you navigate this dilemma from a utilitarian perspective, considering the
consequences for both your business and the children involved? (25 marks)
