On March 17, 2024, The PNPA Cadets from Bonifacio City Police Station were situated as the
first responders at the crime scene. The scenario for this simulation exercise was supervised by
PLTCOL PALOMENO, PNPA Professor, Academics Duty Officer of the day.
First responders are the first police officers to arrive at the scene and are responsible for securing
the area, providing emergency aid, and preserving evidence. They must evaluate the situation,
cordon off the scene, interview witnesses, and brief investigators upon their arrival. Upon
receiving a report, the intelligence section of Bonifacio CPS, led by PLT ESTEBAN, verifies the
information through the Barangay Information Network. The SOCO team is then dispatched to
process the crime scene and gather evidence, while station investigators conduct follow-up
investigations at the scene.
On March 17, 2024 the PNPA Cadets from Bonifacio City Police Station was tasked to conduct
a Drag Net Operation. The drag net operation was due to the death of Dines Abaigar, the
Barangay Captain of Tartaria Silang Cavite. Dines Abaigar was killed in cold blood at the PNPA
Messhall on March 17, 2024 at about 9:00 AM. The suspects were initially identified wearing
maroon jogging pants black t-shirt and Black short pants and blue t-shirt riding a blue Mio
motorcycle.
Upon receiving the order from the Cavite Police Provincial Office personnel of Bonifacio CPS
established its hasty checkpoint at the PNPA Messhall, Barangay Tartaria, Silang, Cavite. The
operation resulted to the arrest of the two suspects namely Pepito Natalo and Andres Mamac and
and recovery of one Canic 9 mm pistol with serial number T6 472-19 B6 19317.
On March 18, 2024, In the morning, the Bonifacio City Police Station responded to a report
concerning two deceased individuals discovered along Gen Luna Street, near the Cadet Mess
Hall. Acting promptly upon receiving the report, personnel from the BCPS were deployed to
investigate the incident. Upon arrival at the scene, they encountered two unconscious bodies,
identified as Alejandro King Paquibot and Pedro P. Patilawa. Recognizing the gravity of the
situation, the area was swiftly cordoned off to preserve evidence and maintain security. Without
hesitation, the BCPS handed over the scene to the forensic team of the Cavite City Police Office
for further investigation.
This rapid and efficient response emphasized the commitment of law enforcement authorities to
uphold public safety and ensure thorough investigation into incidents of this nature. As the
investigation unfolds, the community awaits answers and justice for the individuals involved,

Following the request of the COP of Bonifacio CPS, the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO)
team was dispatched to the crime scene. Their task was to process the area, collect evidence, and
document findings that could provide valuable insights into the circumstances surrounding the
incident. Simultaneously, station investigators conducted follow-up investigations at the scene,
gathering additional evidence and conducting interviews as part of the investigative process.
Overall, the coordinated efforts of the first responders, intelligence section, SOCO team, and
station investigators were crucial in effectively responding to the simulated crime scenario and
initiating the investigative process.

an impending illegal drug transaction near the cadet square. This led to swift action by law
enforcement, culminating in Remot's apprehension.

assuming the role of Chief of Police, succeeding PLTCOL Ayman Mambuay Dia.
The event commenced with opening remarks by PMAJ Rey Dano, the Deputy COP, setting the
tone for the ceremony. Attendees, including personnel from the Cavite Provincial Police Office,
witnessed the formal reading of Relinquishment and Assumption Orders, conducted by PLT MA
Camille Cabasis, the Bonifacio CPS Chief Admin. This was followed by the symbolic turnover
of unit symbols, property, and equipment inventory, signifying the transfer of responsibility from
the outgoing to the incoming Chief of Police.
In their respective speeches, the outgoing and incoming Chiefs of Police expressed their
dedication to serving the Bonifacio City Police Station and its constituents. They emphasized the
