CPS under the direct supervision of PLTCOL EDGAR
EAZOTEA, Chief of Police of Tabaco CPS conducted Daily Police
Information and Continuing Education (PICE), Inspection, Accounting of
Personnel and dissemination of directives and memoranda from the
higher headquarters. Topic discussed: PNP Oplan Disipilina National
Accounting of PNP Personnel, EO#70 NTFELCAC, COVID-19 Status at
Tabaco City, PCAD Plans and Programs, PNP Conduct of Anti-Illegal
Drug Operation in Region 5, Guidelines and Procedures for Daily Online

Revitalized PNP Internal Cleansing, Summary Dismissal of Police reported
personnel Involved in Illegal Gambling Activities, Crime Prevention,
Security Reminders. Likewise, the personnel were also reminded about
the Intensified Cleanliness Policy (ICP) of PGEN
GUILLERMOLORENZO T ELEAZAR, C, PNP and the 4-point
agenda of PBGEN JONNEL BESTOMO, RD PRO5 which is a
S.A.F.E PNP Bicol where police service that is SEEN,APPRECIATED,
FELT and EXTRAORDINARY. Furthermore, personnel were
directed to observed personal security and be vigilant at all
times and also strictly implement the COVID 19 Health Protocols.

That at about 9:30 AM of this date, Marshals led by PMAJ With favorable

MILLARD C BONGALON, DCOP, conducted regular patrolling and community
checking of passengers to ensure that the minimum health standard
protocol is being observed at all times. Likewise, the apprehended
violators and issued with Citation Tickets.
IMPLEMENTATION OF OPLAN SITA/CHECKPOINT

06 That at about 4:00 PM of July 29, 2021, PMAJ MILLARD C incident
BONGALON, Officer-of-the-Day together with the duty patrol/traffic personnel reported
conducted OPLAN SITA along Ziga Avenue, this City with total of four (4)
apprehensions with violation.
That at about 9:30 AM, team led by PLT RUBEN T VELASCO under the
direct supervision of PLTCOL EDGAR E AZOTEA, COP conducted
checkpoint operation at Ziga Avenue, Brgy San Lorenzo, Tabaco City.
And strict implementation of Traffic Ordinances, Land Transportation
and Traffic Code, COVID-19 Health Protocols and Road Safety Tips. The No untoward
07 fourteen (14) apprehended violators were issued with city citation incident
tickets and LTO-TOP. Personnel checked all vehicles, issued reported
documents and use of helmet and issued citation ticket to those found
violating traffic rules and regulations. Drivers were likewise advised to
be responsible road user at all times to avoid traffic accidents and to stay
safe always.
That at around 10:00 PM team led by PSMS Jovelyn B Bisa, JOD
conducted patrolling along San Carlos, Pawa, Brgy Bombon,
Bangkilingan, Panal, Matagbac, San Antonio, San Vicente and
conduct inspection at Brgy Buang, this City and vise versa
proceeded to other upland Brgy via Mariroc, Bognabong, No untoward

Quinale, Sto Cristo and Pawa this City. OD conducted dialogue reported
with the duty Brgy officials and Tanod their respective Brgy Hall
related to laws concerning women and other crime prevention and
safety tips, likewise reminded them to be aware other safety
protocols to avoid COVID 19 and crime prevention tips.
That traffic patrol personnel conducted continuous monitoring, police
visibility and patrolling along sea port, sea shore, bridges, rivers and river

any untoward incident within their area of responsibility.
