Senior Analyst, Marketing


Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing,
optimizing, and tracking the performance of our marketing campaigns, particularly those aimed
at driving app downloads. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep
understanding of SQL, and a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals such as keyword bidding,
CPM, and organic marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

● Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets and
provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance.
● Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels,
including but not limited to social media, search, and display advertising.
● Work closely with the App Marketing team to track campaign attribution and optimize
strategies for app downloads.
● Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics
to stakeholders.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Data Science
to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and
advertising.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a


related field. Master's degree preferred.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
● Proficiency in SQL is essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
or Power BI is a plus.
● Strong understanding of marketing concepts and metrics, including keyword bidding,
CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights.
● Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex
ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
● Experience in mobile app marketing and attribution tracking is highly desirable.
