SEEKING PERMISSION TO FILE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS.
It is most respectfully submitted as under:
1. That the applicant is cited as respondent no. 1 in the present case filed
by the complainant under protection of women from domestic
violence act.
2. That the applicant has already filed detailed reply the contents of
which may kindly be read as part and parcel of the present application
as the same is not repeated for the sake of brevity.
3. That during the course of arguments on application seeking interim
relief, certain contentions were raised in respect of his education
qualifications, job of the applicant, his inability to take job as per his
educational qualifications, his ill health and job/profession of the
Complainant.
4. That in order to substantiate arguments on his behalf, the applicant
wants to place following documents on judicial records.

the just decision of the application seeking interim relief and an
irreparable loss shall be caused to the applicant, if he is not allowed to
place the same on record.
6. That the case is at initial stage and hence no prejudice shall be caused
to Complainant in case the present application is allowed.

PRAYER: -
It is therefore, respectfully prayed that the present application may kindly
be allowed and the aforementioned document may kindly be taken on record
in the interest of the justice.

I, Pramod Kumar, S/o Sh. Prem Pal R/o 163, Prajapat Nagar, Gautam Nagar,
Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi, hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -
1. That the deponent is the Respondent no.1 in the above matter and is
well conversant with the facts & circumstances of the present case and
also competent to swear the present affidavit.
2. That the contents of the accompanying application seeking permission
to file additional documents have been drafted by the counsel as per
instruction of the deponent and the contents of the same have been
duly read over in vernacular to the deponent and understood by the
deponent and the facts stated therein are all true and correct to the
knowledge of the deponent.
