I Zareena Parveen W/o Mohd Burhan Qureshi, Age: 35 yrs, Occ:House wife,
R/o. H.No.1-7-195/10, Pavitra Nagar Near Sudharshan Hospital, Azamabad,
Musheerabad, Hyderabad do hereby solemnly affirm on oath and state as
follows:-
1. I am the deponent herein and the wife of the deceased sri Mohd Burhan
Qureshi as such I am well acquainted with the facts of the case and I am
authorized to file the present petition on behalf of other petitioners who
are my minor children.
2. I submit that I filed the above OP for compensation for the pain, expenses
and loss etc suffered on account of the sudden death of my husband i.e.
the deceased who met with in a Motor Vehicle Accident on 11/06/2020
at about 20.20hrs In front of Reddy wines Begumpet, Prakash nagar,
Hyd City which comes in the limits of Ps Begumpet and register Cr. No.
231 of 2020.
3. I further submit that respondent No.4 is the mother of the deceased and
my mother in law who is a legal heir of the deceased has passed away on
dt 22-08-2023 and is no longer a necessary party in the above case.
4. Hence I am filing the present petition for deletion of respondent No.4
from the above case under order 6 rule 17 of CPC.

case OP.No.2868 of 2021 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble
Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity.
