SRN VOR/DME MAINT: 2nd THU each month 0830-1130‡. During SRN VOR unusable: All
RAD values referred to SRN VOR for published SID/STAR and IAC shall be intended as
bearings referred to SRN L of same value.
SRN NDB MAINT: 2nd WED each month 0900-1130‡.
TOP VOR MAINT: 1st THU each month: 0900-1030‡.
TOP DME MAINT: 1st THU each month: 1030-1200‡.
TZO VOR/DME MAINT: 4th THU of each month 0830-1130‡. During TZO VOR/DME
unusable: All RAD values referred to TZO VOR for published TR segments to ENRT shall be
intended as bearings referred to TZO NDB of same value.
TZO NDB MAINT: 4th WED of MAY and NOV 0900-1100‡.
VOG VOR/DME MAINT: 4th TUE each month 0830-1130‡.
2 ARRIVAL
2.1 Speed
MAX IAS 250KT below FL100 in airspace classes D, E and G.
STAR and IAC where speed limits are not published, or vectored ACFT for a pilot
interpreted APCH:
• IAS 230KT at or below FL100;
• IAS 210KT:
– Starting the base turn;
– at 20NM from TDZ.
• IAS 190KT at 12NM from TDZ;
• IAS 160KT at 5NM from TDZ.
2.2 Communication
Give THR DIST to TWR on first contact.
2.3 Communication Failure
Try to establish contact on ALTN FREQ. If still unable contact:
APCH CLR already received: Continue APCH accordingly;
APCH CLR not received:
• APCH CLR already received: Continue APCH accordingly;
• APCH CLR not received:
– RNAV STARs RWYs 35L: Maintain assigned LVL and proceed along assigned

STAR or expected STAR if not assigned, until INLER, then descend to MHA and
start APCH for RWY 35L;
