Please be informed that starting Apr 10th 2023, Group Term Life Insurance (GTLI) cover benefit has been
introduced for all Coforge BPS full time employees. Premium for this new cover has been included as a part of
employee CTC break up on Page 2 of the increment letter.
Please note that your Annual Compensation will be revised to INR 356,292 (Rupees Three Lacs Fifty Six Thousand
Two Hundred Ninety Two Rupees only) to include the updated GTLI premium, with effect from 01 Apr 2023.
As we continue our effort towards integrating our systems and processes with Coforge, please also note:
1. All BPS BU employees are being aligned to Coforge Career Bands. You are now aligned to Band 2 as per the
Coforge Career Band structure. Your designation continues to be Team Member.
2. All other terms and conditions of your employment remain unchanged.

1. Flexible Benefit plans, Shift allowance, Production incentives and other allowances (if any) are payable as per
company guidelines.
2. Minimum wage correction has been included where applicable as per statutory guidance.
3. All other existing terms and conditions of your employment will remain unchanged until further written
communication.
