Photography Management System

Abstract: Photography Management System is a project which will enable customer or clients to book
for professionl photographer via online. It is difficult for those who want to book for photography
session to request for their favorite photographer since the process was done manually.By having this
system , it will be easier for them to making their booking. Ourproject aims to support a photography
and vediography enterprise by creating an attractive online store. The online store will routine the
various kinds of services provided by the enterprise with beautiful images. Physical photography or
vediography services can be booked according to the availability of dates. Also personalized products
can be ordered online. A payment gateway on the site to impress buyers. The project also helps the
company to track information related to their job assignments and orders. This online store will be
developed using PHP and MYSQL.

I. INTRODUCTION
The main aim of this project is to develop an online studio management system which helps the users to make a reservation
for photoshoot at their convenient time and also order customised products by uploading their own photos. The project also
helps the studio owner to track their orders and delegate job to appropriate employees. Customers can themselves schedule
the date and venue of the function and pay online. This will be an interactive website application between the studio and the
customers.

II. PROBLEM STATEMENT

“Now a days people are so busy in their life, that they don’t want to go in the studio for booking photography or
videography, So this web-based application helps those customers who want to know or book photography or videography
without going to studio. The purpose of this project is to properly manage the photography system which can be difficult at
times while doing it manually.”

III. PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The proposed systems help them in many ways.It helps them to do billing very easily.
 A payment gateway has been integrated to handle the payment activity.
 Account maintenance also become easier.
 They can keep track of their customer review and account details.
 The old fashioned ways of organizing a studio will cost and consume a lot of precious time and effort.For this
reason, technical support tools and components are integrated to cope with problems.
 The software is providing with all the master entries to enter any new customer details, or customer to add and
delete reviews.
 Job assignment process is proposed to assign work of photo should to appropriate photographers available. This
process is taken care by system administrator.

IV. SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM:

 The main scope of the system is to satisfy the user requirement.
 The project aims the business process automation i.e.,we have tried to make the computerize various processes of
photography.

V. RESULTS
1.Home page
1.1 Our home page contains few images about our shoot in a sliding format.
1.2 It also contains the reviews of our happy the customers about our work done.
1.3 Our home page also contains some images of our Instagram page.

2. Services page:
2.1 In our service page, we have described in detailed about our services that will be providing to the customer.
2.2 It contain Photography, Image Manipulation, Vediography ,Cinematoghraphy, Pro Photoshoot, Digital Media.

3.1 In our gallery page we have posted our photoshoot picture of various Locations and fuctions.

4.2 Website visitor can easily contact us.

5. Registration
5.1 We have provided registration form for the customer who new to our website.
5.2 The customer has to fill the given fields in the registration form.

6. Login
6.1 The customer who has already registered to our site will not have to fill the registration form again.
6.2 The customer just has to the email id and the appropriate password in the login form to view our gallery images.

7. Order
7.1 In our order form the customer have to fill the form for as per their preferancesand choices.
7.2 After filling the order form the customer directly goes to the payment form to pay the amount as per the picking kit.

8. Payment
8.1 After filling the order form by the customer, the customer directly goes to the payment form for the payment process.
8.2 In this form the customer has to fill the card details according to the given files for the proceeding the payment.

VI. DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE

Software deployment refers to the process of making the application work on a target device, whether it be a test server,
production environment or a user’s computer or mobile device. whereas, Software maintenance is the process of changing,
modifying and updating software to keep up with customer needs. Software maintenance is done after the product has
launched for several reasons including improving the software overall, correcting issues or bugs, to boost performance and
more.

VII. CONCLUSION
Hence the Photography Management System for a photo studio is developed. This system is made finally to store the details
of the customers, employees, work details and update the details based on the customer details, material details. The system
is developed which is useful for DEO to enter the details about the customer and admin mainly checks the details of
customer.
