PROFILE
I am a young professional who holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management. I have 1 year
experience working as administration officer (Intern) at rural development and land reform. In order
for me to graduate I had to perform In-service training with Med-forum Med-clinic Hospital for 6
months. I worked as a receptionist for shaft packaging for 10 months. I also worked for Shackleton
as Sales agent under a leanership programme for 1 year. My current job is with Eduvos where I am
a sales Temp working with Higher Education Consultant. I have gained professional relationship
building skills, proficient practical presentation, data capturing skills and knowledge of meeting
procedures, planning & Coordination skills, minute taking, report writing, MS Office and sales and
marketing, good communication (written and verbal), Ability to work under pressure and meets
deadlines.
Furthermore, I have acquired sound decision making, analytical skills, interpersonal communication
skills that enable me to interact with prospective clients and stakeholders. I have gained innate
customer service skills and I work well in a team as well as independently. Through being tasked
with arranging brand awareness events and workshops, I have gained exceptional planning and
organizing skills coupled with monitoring and evaluation skills and experience.

Advice and consult with students and parents/ sponsors on different study options.
- Capture and update student information on daily activities reporting.
- Planning & forecasting to ensure that targets are achieved.
- Ad hoc administrative, sales and marketing related duties.
- Send information via email to student who is interested.
- Receiving calls and transfer them to correct staff members and if not available take down
messages.
- Type Company quotes and emails them to different companies.
