Danush P S (2023 Batch)

Round 1: Online MCQ + Coding (3 Hrs)

Few Aptitude and Tech MCQ

For Coding 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard level question.

From 2nd round, it’s completely offline.


Round 2: OOPS Round (2 Hrs)

You have to create an application based on real time scenarios for booking, reservations, or some
famous apps. For me, it’s Swiggy/Zomato. We should replicate the Swiggy/Zomato with the
constraints they gave. Like, even with latitude/longitude to calculate for a delivery boy to deliver.
(For some cases). Before Coding you should create an ER Diagram. If you’re ER Diagram is well
designed, you will redirected to 3rd round easily.

Round 3: Tech HR 1 (Depends)

You’ll have so many questions based on DS, OOPS and DBMS. Few Questions about your resume.
You should be “at least good” in any two of three (DS, OOPS, DBMS), and average in the third one. If
you’re excellent in two. It’ll be easy for you to crack the interview easily. Some questions for your
reference.

First question was to introduce myself. Then the following.

Data Structure Questions.

i) Swap two numbers without third variable.


ii) Brief explanation about all data structures we use.
iii) Array problem based on merging two sorted arrays with duplicate elements to a single
unique array without duplicates.
iv) Loop Detection in Linked List.
v) Difference between Arrays and Linked List.
vi) Working of Stack and Queue
vii) Difference between Stack and Queue.
viii) Real time applications of Stack.
ix) Real time DS APPLICATION questions like, DS you use for WhatsApp and Instagram.
x) Difference between tree and graph.
xi) Explanation of Trie.
xii) Difference between BFS and DFS.
xiii) Real Time Applications based on BFS and DFS (Chess board Questions)

OOPS Questions

i) Explain all types of concepts in OOPS


ii) What is Run time polymorphism?
iii) Types of Inheritance and explanation of it.
iv) Which inheritance can’t be implemented using class in java? Why?
v) What is meant by ambiguity?
vi) What is meant by abstraction?
vii) Difference between abstract class and Interface
viii) Functional Programming vs OOP

DBMS Questions

i) What is meant by DBMS?


ii) What is meant by foreign key?
iii) CRUD Operations.
iv) Difference between DDL and DML.
v) ACID Properties.
vi) What is meant by Normalization and BCNF?

After this you’ll have some questions on your resume. For me, This Round went for 1 ½ Hrs.

Round 4: Tech HR 2 (Depends)

This round may or may not happen. It depends on your time and performance. The questions were,

i) If you’re creating a chess game application what are all the classes, attributes and
Interface you will create?
ii) Best Time to Buy and Sell Stocks Question from Leetcode (Q.No: 121). You’ll be expected
to solve in both brute force and optimal approach.
iii) Sum of principal diagonal of a Square matrix. (For your answer stability)
iv) Questions on resume and project. (Should be full prepared on this)
v) General questions about the company and adaptation.

For me, This round went for 40 minutes.


Round 5: General HR (Depends)

This round was based on our pre placement offer. Most of the questions were so tactical. So, be sure
and careful on answering your questions (There will be rejections in HR Round too). There were
some questions about the lockdown time and pros and cons about it. If you’re a hosteller you’ll have
some questions about the difficulties and pros in hostel (Food, Roommates, and Flexibility)

For me, this round went for 30 - 40 minutes.

You’ll have your round 2 to HR in single day. So eat well in the morning itself. And at the EOD, after
clearing all these process you’ll receive your offer kit with your offer letter in your hand with the
provided package. All the best! Do well. Cheers!
