Minutes of the 1st Regular Session of the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials of Barangay Garcia
held on the 6th day of December 2023 at Barangay Session Hall.

Present:
HON. ARJADE C. HINLAYAGAN - SK Chairperson/Presiding
HON. LINDY LOU C. ALMEDILLA - SK Member
HON. NIÑA MAE A. BUTAL - SK Member
HON. DEJAY S. ALERIA - SK Member
HON. CHARMIE N. COQUILLA - SK Member
HON. WINSTON R. AVENIDO - SK Member
HON. RAVEN STEVE L. ALMEDILLA - SK Member
HON. MA. JENROSE C. BEDAN - SK Member

Absent:

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at axactly 8:00am in the
morning.

II. OPENING PRAYER


The opening prayer was led by SK Member Charmie N. Coquilla followed by the
singing of hymns.

III. ROLL CALL


The presiding officer called the SK Members. After the roll call, all were present and
the presiding officer declared quorum.

IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS SESSIION


Since this is the first session, there are no previous minutes.

V. PREVILEGE TIME
The presiding officer expressed his thanks to the members for attending the session
for a short period of time.

AGENDA HIGHLIGHTS/AGREEEMENTS
1 Appointment of SK The SK Chairman, in concurrence with the SK Council,
Treasurer and Secretary appointed Mr. Jomary S. Erojo and Ms. Alona S. Sevilla as
SK secretary and treasurer, respectively.
2 Schedule for Sangguniang The SK Chairman, in concurrence with the SK Council, set
Kabataan Officials Regular the regular schedule of SK Officials regular session on
Session every FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH.
3 Formulating the Rules and The SK Chairman, in concurrence with the SK Council,
Regulations of Session formulates the rules and regulations during session.
4 Other Matters NONE

IX. ADJOURNMENT
- Motion by SK Member Nina Mae A. Butal to adjourn the meeting seconded by SK
Member Ma. Jenrose C. Bedan.
- The presiding officer fomally adjourned the session at 10:03am on 6 th December
2023.
